Nov 1, 2011—Deadline to apply for a mail-in absentee ballot for the 2011 General Election. The application must be received in the county clerk’s office by close of business on this day.
Nov 8, 2011 at 6:00pm, local time—mail-in Absentee ballots must be received by 6:00 PM, local time, on election day.
